The walkthrough shows how anyone on the floor can log an observation or near-miss in moments — a short form, a photo, and a location. Keeping the friction near zero is the whole design goal: the easier it is to report, the more gets reported, and the more early signals you can act on before they become incidents.

Classified and routed

Each observation is classified by severity and sent to the owner of that area or hazard, so it doesn't sit unseen. What used to be a verbal "someone should look at that" becomes an assigned item with a name against it.
